What is ChatCRM?

ChatCRM is a cloud based real time CRM application that is focusing on users who are primarily heavy users of messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, LINE and others. It supports sending of campaigns all the way to getting feedback from messaging platforms and captures the whole customer journey.

Why another CRM?

We believe that in order to serve the messaging users, who interacts more quickly and expects instant response, a new kind of CRM is needed. A real time CRM that can react to the ever demanding customer.

TECHNICAL

What are the requirements of using this app?

You will need the following:
– A web browser that is connected to the Internet 24 hours by 7 days
– a iOS or Android phone with WhatsApp application installed.
– a Google email account

What messaging platforms do it support?

Currently we are supporting WhatsApp. In future, we have plans to support LINE, Facebook Messenger, and others.

BILLING

What payment options do you support?

We support Bank BCA and Bank Mandiri transfers.
